Advanced Level HSE (GED) Test Prep

HSE (High School Equivalency) standards are based on high school graduate skills in the areas of reading, writing, math, social studies, and science.

Chaffey Adult School's HSE test preparation program offers classes designed to prepare students to pass the GED computer-based exam (instruction also applies to other HSE exams, HiSET and TASC). Students are required to take an assessment before placement and attend an orientation session.  All classes are facilitated by an instructor, are self-pased, and students must commit to attending class at least 3 days per week for the full class period. A textbook is required for all HSE prep classes and is available for purchase in the office.  Coursework is also available online.  Students should register for HSE preparation classes at the 7th Street campus.  There is no cost for these courses.
